研究主題
我們的實驗室致力於探究生物分子(包括核酸與蛋白質)的結構精細特性,以推動藥物開發。透過整合結構生物學、生物化學、生物物理與細胞層級的研究方法,我們旨在揭示疾病相關靶點的作用機制,並開發精準的藥物候選分子。
我們的研究聚焦於致病性核酸與蛋白質,以及它們與小分子之間的相互作用,期望應用於癌症與神經疾病的轉譯醫學研究。
目前實驗室的研究方向包括:
- 非典型核酸結構與功能
- 核苷酸重複擴增相關疾病
- 天然產物啟發的核酸配體
- DNA修復調節劑與精準腫瘤治療
