Developed by QIAGEN, IPA is a world-renowned platform for pathway analysis. It integrates the QIAGEN Knowledge Base—compiled by hundreds of experts—with the OmicSoft Land disease data repository and literature-based validation. IPA enables users to interpret RNA-seq data efficiently, analyze upstream regulators, explore molecular interaction networks, and perform in silico hypothesis testing using machine learning tools.
