一、 工作內容:
1. 本校教職員生年度競賽活動之規劃及執行,如:全校運動會、各項盃賽。
2. 承辦參加校外各項運動競賽活動之業務。
3. 競賽活動年度經費預算編列。
4. 協助教職員運動性社團活動推展與辦理。
5. 攸關運動代表隊集訓、參賽、年度補助及獎學金申請等各項行政業務執行。
6. 支援體育室內其他相關綜合業務。
7.
其他主管交辦事項。
二、工作時間:週一至週五09:00至17:30,週休二日。
三、薪資待遇:依據長庚大學《研究計畫聘用人員管理要點》薪資標準,一年一聘,
學士級第一年36,300元/月,碩士級第一年41,500元/月。
(起聘日期:視實際審查結果日期而定。)
四、學歷要求:大學體育相關系所畢業,具學士以上學歷。
五、工作經驗:不拘,具有行政經驗、實際帶隊經驗者佳。
六、其他條件:
1.
熟悉電腦操作、Office文書處理、網頁維護管理能力及網路系統操作。
2.
良好溝通協調能力、公文撰寫能力、工作態度積極熱忱、細心負責、反應佳並能獨立處理行政事務。

I. Job Description:
1.Planning and
execution of the university’s annual sports events for faculty, staff, and
students, including the university-wide sports day and various cup tournaments.
2.Handling matters
related to participation in external sports competitions.
3.Preparation and
management of the annual budget for sports competitions.
4.Assisting in the
promotion and organization of faculty/staff sports clubs.
5.Managing
administrative tasks related to training camps, competitions, annual subsidies,
and scholarship applications for university sports teams.
6.Providing support
for other general tasks within the Office of Physical Education.
7.Other duties as
assigned by supervisors.
II. Working Hours: Monday
to Friday, 09:00–17:30; weekends off.
III. Salary and
Employment Terms:
Salary will follow
the Chang Gung University's "Regulations for Employing Personnel on
Research Projects". The position is contract-based and renewed annually.
Bachelor’s degree:
NT$36,300/month (first-year rate)
Master’s degree:
NT$41,500/month (first-year rate)
(Start date: To be
determined based on the result of the application review.)
IV. Educational
Requirements: Graduated from a university department related to sports, holding
a bachelor's degree or higher.
V. Work Experience:
No specific requirement. Administrative experience or experience in leading
sports teams is preferred.
VI. Other
Requirements:
1.Proficiency in
computer operations, MS Office applications, website maintenance, and online
systems.
2.Strong
communication and coordination skills, official document writing skills,
proactive and enthusiastic work attitude, attention to detail, high sense of
responsibility, quick response, and the ability to handle administrative work
independently.
