EMI Tutor培訓計畫旨在幫助學生適應英語教學環境。
通過同儕支援機制，經驗豐富的學生成為Tutor，提供學術、選課和職涯指導，培養資源尋找能力，
並減輕學習焦慮。此計畫由台科大與長庚大學管理學院合作，致力創造友善的EMI學習環境！

This program prepares experienced students to support peers navigating English as Medium of Instruction courses.
Tutors provide academic guidance, course selection advice, and career planning support while helping reduce learning anxiety.
Through peer mentorship, students develop resource-finding skills and confidence in EMI environments.
A joint initiative by Taiwan Tech and Chang Gung University's College of Management to create a more supportive learning community.
