一、依據：
本校執行「國科會培育優秀博士生獎學金獎勵要點」及「教育部博士生獎助學金獎助要點」辦理。
二、獎勵名額分配原則：
1. 115年度醫學院補助名額：國科會15名、教育部28名。
2. 將依各所博士班三年內一般生註冊名額比例計算分配補助名額，再依審查機制結果進行微調。
三、獎勵資格、評選標準及審查機制：
詳見醫學院執行「國科會及教育部補助博士生獎學金」規定辦理。
國科會獎學金：限博士班一年級新生(含115年2月入學，不含港、澳籍)申請。
教育部獎學金：一到三年級生皆可申請(不含外、港、澳籍)，唯指導教授須同意補助配合款至少6萬元。

Application for the 2026–2027 Academic Year NSTC Doctoral Student Scholarships – College of Medicine
I. Basis
This scholarship program is administered in accordance with the University's *Regulations Governing the NSTC Scholarship Program for Outstanding Doctoral Students* and *Regulations Governing the Ministry of Education (MOE) Scholarship Program for Doctoral Students*.
II. Scholarship Quota Allocation
1. For the 2026 academic year, the College of Medicine has been allocated:
15 scholarships funded by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC)**
2. Scholarship quotas will be initially allocated to each doctoral program based on the proportion of general doctoral students enrolled over the past three years. The quotas may be adjusted based on the results of the review and selection process.
III. Eligibility, Selection Criteria, and Review Process
Please refer to the **College of Medicine Regulations Governing the NSTC Doctoral Student Scholarship Programs** for detailed eligibility requirements, selection criteria, and review procedures.
### NSTC Scholarship
* Open **only to first-year doctoral students**, including students admitted in February 2026.
* Applicants who are citizens of **Hong Kong or Macao are not eligible** to apply.
IV. Application Procedure
