【研究概述】主持人為陳俊賓副教授級主治醫師主任。研究的主要內容方向為皮膚免疫疾病相關的致病機轉和臨床治療靶點,包含免疫癌症(免疫檢查點抑制劑)治療之不良反應、嚴重藥物過敏皮膚不良反應、異位性皮膚炎、蕁麻疹、乾癬、蟹足腫疤痕等。應用 Single cell RNAseq、Spatial transcriptomics 及多色流式細胞儀等多體學,探討疾病免疫分子機轉及治療策略。我們團隊近來研究成果發表有多篇國際高品質期刊,如 Nature Communications、Allergy、Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology、Journal of Clinical Investigation、British Medical Journal 等等。
【工作內容】
1. 協助執行計畫及其他研究相關事項
2. 本實驗室與國外實驗室(包含美國密西根大學、加州大學聖地牙哥分校、美國哈佛醫學院等)合作,您將有機會參與和國外合作者的計畫執行。
【工作時間】週一至週五,白天正常班滿 9 小時 (中間休息 1 小時)。
【徵才條件】
1.具分子生物、免疫、生物醫學、生科相關科系的博士、碩士、學士學位。
2.熟稔細胞及分子生物相關實驗者為佳(抽取 DNA/RNA、Flow cytometry、PCR、ELISpot、ELISA 或分離血球細胞等)。
3.有養過 T cells 為佳。
4.有 single cell RNA sequencing 定序實驗或分析經驗者為佳。
5.對生物醫學研究具有熱情者。
6.個性積極負責,樂於學習,具團隊合作能力。
【薪資待遇】
1. 國科會博士後研究員職缺,依國科會核定薪資敘薪。

Position Overview:
【Position Title】Postdoctoral Research Fellow
【Work Location】10F Laboratory, Research Building, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (Linkou)
【Research Description】
The Principal Investigator is Associate Professor Chun-Bing Chen, MD, PhD. Our research focuses on the pathogenic mechanisms and therapeutic targets of immune-mediated skin diseases, including: Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors, severe cutaneous adverse reactions, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, psoriasis, keloid scar. We apply advanced multi-omics approaches, including single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics, and multiparameter flow cytometry, to investigate immunopathogenesis and develop precision therapeutic strategies. Our team has recently published high-impact research in leading international journals, including: Nature Communications, Allergy, Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Journal of Clinical Investigation, and BMJ.

【Job Description】
1. Assist in the execution of projects and other research-related matters.
2. Our laboratory collaborates with international laboratories (including the University of Michigan, University of California San Diego, and Harvard Medical School), and you will have the opportunity to participate in project execution and discussions with international collaborators.
【Working hours】Monday to Friday, 9 hours (1 hour break)
【Qualifications】
1.PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, immunology, biomedical sciences, life sciences, or related fields.
2. Experience in cell and molecular biology techniques is preferred (DNA/RNA extraction, flow cytometry, PCR, ELISpot, ELISA, PBMC isolation, etc.).
3. Experience in T cell culture is preferred.
4. Experience in single-cell RNA sequencing experiments or bioinformatic analysis is preferred.
5. Strong passion for biomedical research.
6. Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of teamwork.
