【工作內容】

1. 研究方向： 研究針對核酸和蛋白質的天然化合物分子機制，用於神經系統疾病治療藥物的開發。
2. 實驗技術： 需具備重組蛋白純化、生化分析、動物細胞培養、西方墨點法 (Western blotting)、RT-qPCR 等背景知識或技術。
3. 行政事務： 協助計畫主持人處理相關行政工作（需具備英語工作能力）。 

【徵才條件】

1. 具生物或相關領域之碩士或學士學位。
2. 無經驗亦可，具學習熱忱者佳。

• 薪資： 依長庚大學研究計畫敘薪標準辦理。

【Position】 Research Assistant (Master’s or Bachelor’s Level)

【Organization】 Dr. Roshan Satange's Laboratory, School of Traditional Chinese Medicine / Graduate Institute of Natural Products, Chang Gung University

【Location】 3F, 2nd Medical Building, Chang Gung University (No. 259, Wenhua 1st Rd., Guishan Dist., Taoyuan City)

【Job Description】

• Research Focus: Studying molecular mechanisms of natural compounds targeting nucleic acids and proteins for the development of therapeutics for neurological diseases.
• Technical Skills: Candidates require background knowledge or skills in recombinant protein purification, biochemical analysis, animal cell culture, Western blotting, RT-qPCR, etc.
• Administrative Duties: Assist the Principal Investigator with related administrative work (working proficiency in English is required).

【Qualifications】

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Biology or related fields.
• No experience required; candidates with a passion for learning are preferred.

【Salary & Benefits】

• Salary: Based on the Chang Gung University standard scale for research projects.
