研究主題

藥劑學研究在日本是屬於醫療藥學領域,在歐美國家則屬藥廠研發實務,其精神在於以既定藥物賦予全新設計的處方、添加物或材料,以使藥物本身之藥理活性最大化或使其毒性及副作用最小化,或是延長藥物於體內的留存時間。其意義在於使臨床上的用藥更加安全及有效,進而改善病患之依順性。藥劑學在藥學研究領域內被視為較下游之藥物研發過程,為一門應用科學,本研究室的主要工作便是為藥物設計新的處方內容並探究其改善傳統劑型缺點之程度與能力。

最近之研究計畫:

  1. 多功能藥物奈米載體經由 retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) 傳輸至腎臟以治療抗藥性菌血症誘發之腎損傷
  2. 多效能之藍莓活性成分 pterostilbene 可塑性奈米微脂體:用以促進瓦解 P. acnes 生物膜結構與抗局部感染活性
  3. 接合 NIMP-R14 抗體的脂質奈米載體主動標靶至嗜中性白血球以改善 PDE4 抑制劑之抗乾癬活性
  4. 兼具被動與主動標靶能力之奈米載體傳輸 ciprofloxacin 以治療感染性肺炎:以 IsaB DNA 為配體之非離子微胞
  5. 設計合成含有角鯊烯之前驅藥及其奈米載體開發:以毛囊為標靶位置
  6. 厚朴有效成分之抗發炎及經皮吸收之研究
  7. 牛樟芝萃取物治療異位性皮膚炎之研究:牛樟芝單苯環類化合物在角質細胞中的抗發炎機制
  8. 一系列合成異黃酮類化合物之經皮吸收參數建立與其乾癬治療之活性探究
  9. 中草藥多酚成分之最適分離技術開發
