113年10月職醫臨校服務時間
一、為提升職場健康,依據職業安全衛生法及勞工健康保護規則,特約林口長庚醫院家醫科及 職業醫學科主治醫師,針對教職員臨校進行健康服務。
二、臨校健康服務並非門診,不會開立處方亦不需健保卡,提供15~30分鐘免費專業諮詢,並 採預約制,省去排隊等待的時間。
三、為尊重同仁個人隱私,將安排可維護隱私的空間,進行一對一健康諮詢。
四、非工作影響身心狀況之諮詢(私人問題)將不留下任何面談紀錄,請各位同仁放心。
五、諮詢服務內容:健康報告解釋、就醫科別建議、個人疾病諮詢及慢性病衛教、職業傷病診療與防治、工作場所環境改善及防護具選擇與建議、職場傷病復工及配工、職業性壓力及過勞等工作相關之傷害與疾病。

1. To enhance workplace health, in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Labor Health Protection Regulations, specialists from the Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine Departments of Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital provide health services for faculty and staff on-site.
2. On-site health services are not outpatient services; no prescriptions or health insurance cards are required. They offer free 15-30 minute professional consultations by appointment, eliminating the need for queueing.
3. To respect colleagues' privacy, private spaces ensuring confidentiality will be arranged for one-on-one health consultations.
4. Consultations unrelated to work-related physical or mental conditions (personal issues) will not be documented in any interview records. Colleagues can rest assured.
5. Consultation Services: Interpretation of health reports, recommendations for medical specialties, individual disease consultation and chronic disease education, diagnosis and treatment of occupational injuries and diseases, workplace environmental improvement and selection and recommendations of protective equipment, return-to-work and job allocation for workplace injuries and illnesses, occupational stress and overwork, and other work-related injuries and diseases.
