- Leads planning and collaborates with high school counselors, parent groups, and other stakeholders to identify educational needs
- Designs and implements pre-admission programs such as advanced placement, career exploration, and self-directed learning
- Develops and maintains faculty, course, and digital content databases with regular evaluation and optimization
- Organizes and conducts nationwide high school visits and program effectiveness assessments
