功能性核酸之智慧檢測技術
我們致力於開發新型核酸奈米生物技術,利用核酸分子的智慧辨識、基因編輯以及類酵素催化等功能,發展可應用於醫學檢測與疾病診療等相關精準醫學領域的新型生物智慧檢測技術,並進行訊號放大策略的高敏度癌症標記物檢測方法的設計開發。
