B. Those who board the plane by themselves:
1. Technical Appraisal: Make an appointment with the contact person of the center for practice time, and further accept the operational appraisal.
2. Technical appraisal standards:
a. Understanding of the working principle of the machine.
b. Preparation work before start-up (starting voltage, work record inquiry, sample requirements, etc.).
c. Test items after startup (pressure, pump, vacuum, machine condition test, etc.).
d. The relationship between software and machines.
e. Restore various settings before shutting down and accurately record the usage status.
f. Troubleshooting.
C. Specimen preparation requirements:
1. Please place the sample on an aluminum stage with a diameter of 26 mm.
2. In order to maintain the vacuum, the sample must not have characteristics that will decompose, release gas or become liquid under electron beam irradiation.
3. To avoid damage, this instrument refuses to accept powder-type samples or materials that have strong magnetism, magnetism (such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc.) or are easily attracted by electromagnetic lenses.
4. To avoid damage, this instrument refuses to accept samples containing toxic, corrosive, volatile, and low melting points.
5. To avoid instrument and computer poisoning, please use a CD to burn electronic files.
D. Notes:
1. If you do not get on the plane for 1 hour after the scheduled time, the center may arrange this time for other people who need to get on the plane. If you find that there is a problem with the experiment and you are unable to board the machine, please cancel the reservation, otherwise the reservation period will be charged according to the price.
2. Anyone who violates the usage regulations three times will be disqualified and will not be allowed to apply again within six months.
3. The experimental results provided by our center are for academic research reference only and we do not assume any legal responsibility.
4. The above usage and charging methods will be revised according to the situation. The actual situation will be subject to the online announcement.
5. Turn on and off the machine: Please follow the correct procedure.
6. Data backup:
(1) Users should save the experimental data immediately after each experiment.
(2) The administrator removes user data from the computer every six months.
E paper publication and statement:
1. The services of this Microscopy Center are mainly academic research. Anyone who applies to this laboratory for the listed services must be stated in the acknowledgment column of the article when the results are published.
2. If you cooperate with teachers of our school and sign a cooperation contract, the method of sharing the results will be in accordance with the content of the contract.
Charging principles:
1.Charge standard:
ˆ
HITACHI S-3000N
Fee items unit price (on campus) / unit price (off campus, no cooperation plan)
Instrument usage fee 300 NT/hour / 600 NT hour
