【Services】Information on locker rental, return, and usage for the 115th academic year.

I.     Locker Rental Applications and Returns: Please bring your university ID (Student ID or Faculty/Staff ID) and apply in person at the Circulation Desk on the 1st floor of the Library between 09:00 and 16:00, Monday through Friday, within the period announced by the Library.

II.  The application periods and locker types are as follows: .

Note 1: The Library will refund the deposit without interest once the renter completes the return procedure in accordance with regulations within the designated return period.

Note 2: Requests for free locker-unlocking assistance due to personal reasons (e.g., forgetting the combination/password) are limited to twice per renter.

 

III.   Return Procedure:

1.    Please empty and clean the locker beforehand. Bring your university ID along with the rented locker’s combination padlock (or passcode) in person to the 1st floor Circulation Desk to complete the return process. (Please note: The deposit will not be refunded if the locker or combination lock is damaged.)

2.    If entrusting someone else to handle the return, an Authorization Form and the proxy's university ID must be presented at the time of return.

3.    For those who fail to complete the return procedure before the deadline, the Library reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and remove any items remaining in the locker.
