The Library will conduct a login function verification test for the Discovery System (Primo) on March 11, 2026 (Wednesday), from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. During this period, the following service impacts are expected:  (1) The Library Catalog System and the Resource Discovery System (Primo) will remain available for browsing and searching library holdings. However, due to the login authentication test, users will temporarily be unable to log in to their personal library accounts to access personalized services, such as checking loan records, renewals, and reservations. (2) Other systems and services that require a personal library account login may also be temporarily unavailable, including the Electronic Resources Search System, Collection Recommendation and Acquisition System, Document Delivery Service System, and Off-campus Access to Electronic Resources.. During the 2026 subscription period, university researchers are eligible for a 15% discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC) when submitting manuscripts to designated Elsevier Open Access (OA) journals. The locker rental matters for the second semester of the 114th academic year. Rental period：From February 23, 2026(Mon.) until fully rented, Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.  How to rent a locker：Bring your own faculty/staff/student ID card and TWD$200 in cash to the library’s 1st floor circulation desk to complete your locker rental application. Return period：From June 8, 2026 to July 3, 2026, Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Notice for returning a locker： (1) Please clean the locker before returning it. (2) Bring your own faculty/staff/student ID card and the lock to the library’s 1st floor circulation desk to complete the locker return process. If the lock is damaged, the library will retain the deposit. (3) If you authorize someone else to return the locker on your behalf, they must present your ID card along with their own. (4) Failure to return the locker on time will result in the confiscation of the deposit, which will be returned to the school. Items left in the locker will be discarded. Readers Services Division
