Terms of Use
According to relevant copyright laws, the AV Center is categorized as a public space. Therefore, all audio-visual materials played within the center must have public performance rights. The equipment in this center is strictly reserved for the use of library collections with public performance licenses (Institutional/Public Version). Materials without public performance authorization (Home/Private Version) are strictly prohibited from being played in the center.Copying, duplicating, or converting any copyrighted audio-visual materials or instructional resources owned by the library is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported and disciplined in accordance with the Chang Gung University "Personnel Management Regulations" or the "Chang Gung University Student Regulations on Incentives and Penalties." Furthermore, users shall bear full legal responsibility for any copyright infringements.
