The Nobel Prize was established in 1901 and is awarded annually in five categories: Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine, Literature, and Peace. In addition, the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel —commonly known as the Nobel Prize in Economics—was created by the Swedish central bank in 1968. These prizes are widely recognized as the highest honors in their respective fields.

The research and practical contributions of Nobel Prize laureates throughout the years have had a profound impact on academic development, social progress, and human well-being.  To honor these remarkable achievements, The library has compiled selected research publications by the 2025 Nobel laureates in Physiology or Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, and Economic Sciences for faculty and students to explore, and extends its highest respect to all Nobel Prize recipients.
