- The relevant clauses have been modified in accordance with the university's organizational regulations. To enhance the stability of committee operations, the term of office for members has been adjusted to two years, along with an added explanation of member replacements. Additionally, amendments were made based on actual operational needs, including clarifications on committee tasks, the designation of the meeting convener and chairperson, the procedure for proxy attendance by committee members, and the selection process for task group members.
- Since the regulations do not involve responsibilities of other departments, and in reference to guidelines of other universities, the final review meeting procedure has been modified. Approval is now required from the Administrative Meeting.
