Prof. Chen 在商業研究領域享有盛名，擁有多年的教學及研究經驗，尤其專注於消費行為、決策支持系統及相關管理技術的研究。他目前也是 Decision Support Systems 期刊的主編，該期刊在管理與資訊領域中具有高度影響力。
