臨床醫學研究所

長庚大學醫學院臨床醫學研究所自1990年成立以來，經教育部核准後隔年開始招收第一屆博士班研究生，致力於培育兼具臨床經驗與研究能力的臨床相關研究人才，結合臨床與基礎醫學推動醫療進步。透過教育與訓練，培養研究生獨立思考與執行臨床研究的能力，提升臨床醫學研究與試驗水準，同時重視人文素養與醫學倫理，期望學生具備健全人格與服務社會的使命感，並養成終身學習的熱誠與國際視野，展現創造力與跨領域整合能力。

一、職級：助理教授（含）以上專任教師。

二、資格：

1.具國內、外大學相關領域博士學位者，並具三年(含)以上博士後研究經歷。

2.在臨床或生物醫學相關領域具研究經驗與獨立研究能力。

3.具臨床醫師資格及醫學中心主治醫師經歷者尤佳。

4.具教學經驗與英語授課能力者佳（非必要）。

三、專長：

1.多體學整合研究：基因體學、轉錄體學、蛋白質體學、代謝體學等跨層次數據解析，強化質譜分析與高通量數據整合能力。

2.人工智慧於藥物開發之應用：AI演算法在新藥標的篩選、療效預測與精準醫療策略開發之研究。

四、工作地點與起聘日期：

工作地點：高雄長庚紀念醫院兒童醫院 12 樓（長庚大學臨床醫學研究所）。

起聘日期： 預定為民國116年2月1日或民國116年8月1日，視審查結果而定。

五、相關福利：

1. 薪資比照教育部之教師待遇條例規定，另有工作獎金、研究獎勵金及彈性加給。
2.獲國科會補助之研究計畫另提撥相對研究基金，最高可達總經費1/2。

3.提供長庚醫院研究獎勵金：研究表現績優且與長庚醫院合聘者，每年可申請長庚醫院研究獎勵金。
