·             Anti-cytokines autoantibodies (IFN-g, GM-CSF, Type I IFN, and IL-12/23…)

·             Single B cell cloning to isolate and study the autoantibodies and associated diseases.

Inborn genetic disorder:

Genetic-based of severe COVID19 infection; Toll-like receptor related deficiency; Mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease (MSMD); Chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis (CMC); Enterovirus 71 infection; HSV encephalitis.

Autoimmune diseases:

Anti-PLA2R autoantibodies in membranous nephropathy; IFN-g and Vitiligo

Therapeutic development:
