Eligibility

Applicants must be first- or second-year master’s students or first- through fourth-year doctoral students.
They must have achieved an overall average grade of at least 80 in the previous semester, have no disciplinary record of a reprimand or more severe penalty, and must not be receiving any scholarships, grants, or subsidies provided by government agencies or institutions. Newly admitted students may apply beginning in their second semester.

Scholarship Amount

NT$10,000 per recipient per month.

Restrictions on Concurrent Funding

During the award period, recipients may not receive this scholarship concurrently with any other scholarship, grant, or subsidy funded by a Taiwanese government program, including programs administered by the National Science and Technology Council or the Ministry of Education.
