Open Position for One Full-Time Assistant Professor (or Higher)(accepted until 12/31)
The newly
established Institute of Immunology and Translational Medicine at Chang Gung University, College of Medicine, will officially launch in August
2025, welcoming its first cohort of master's students following approval from
the Ministry of Education. The institute is dedicated to cultivating top-tier
talent in immunology, aiming to equip students with exceptional research
capabilities in immunological science and to enable the practical application
of their expertise in clinical medicine and the biotechnology industry.

Position:
Full-time Assistant Professor (or higher); there is 1 position available.
Qualifications:
1.
Candidates
with expertise in immunology or related biomedical fields must meet one of the
following criteria:
l
Possess
a doctoral degree or equivalent qualifications with specialized publications.
l
Be
a graduate from a university or independent medical school in medicine,
traditional Chinese medicine, or dentistry, with at least nine years of
clinical experience,
including a minimum of four years as an attending
physician in a medical center, with specialized publications.
2.
Has
research experience and outstanding achievements in immunology or related
fields, and possesses the ability to conduct independent research.
3.
Possession
of relevant teaching experience and the ability to teach in English are preferred
but not required.
Areas of Expertise
We welcome
candidates with expertise in any immunology-related field. Preference will be
given to those with experience in the following areas:
1.
Academic
research in cancer immunology, immune cell therapy, gene editing, or drug
development.
2.
Industry
experience in mRNA vaccines, antibody drug development, or cell therapies.
3.
Proficiency
in data analysis tools, expertise in high-parameter flow cytometry, or
experience in mouse models for cell therapy research.

start date is August 1, 2026.
