Chang Gung University Overseas Compatriot/Hong Kong & Macao Students Admission

Eligibility
1. Overseas Chinese Students: Ethnic Chinese students born and continuously residing overseas, or residing overseas for at least six consecutive years, with permanent or long-term residency.
2. Hong Kong/Macao Students: Permanent residents of Hong Kong or Macao who have resided overseas for at least six consecutive years, meet the relevant legal requirements, and do not hold a foreign passport.
3. Foreign-National Chinese Students from Hong Kong/Macao: Foreign nationals with Hong Kong or Macao permanent residency who have never held household registration in Taiwan and have resided in Hong Kong, Macao, or overseas for at least six consecutive years.

Application Fee
TWD 1,600 (USD 50) by credit card or bank transfer. Upload proof of payment within three days.

1. Overseas residency documents
2. ID photo
3. Overseas Chinese student declaration form
4. Proof of Chinese heritage
5. Hong Kong/Macao applicant declaration and eligibility forms
6. Proof of English proficiency:
   - CEFR B2 or above, or
   - Proof that high school education was conducted entirely in English
7. Enrollment certificate or diploma, officially verified
8. Complete academic transcripts, officially verified
