Event Title: 2025 Freshmen & Parents Orientation Meeting – College of Nursing, Chang

Description:
The Department of Nursing, together with the Department Student
Association, will host an orientation meeting to help new students and their
parents become better acquainted with our department at Chang Gung University.
During the event, the Student Association will present highlights of
departmental activities and share photos, giving freshmen a preview of the
exciting events they’ll experience on campus. Important reminders regarding
course selection and academic procedures will also be provided. These insights
aim to reassure both new students and their parents about the educational and
extracurricular journey ahead.
After the main session, new students will have a chance to meet their
academic advisors. Student Association officers will accompany the freshmen
during introductions to class leaders and explanations of their roles. Faculty
members will be available to address any questions regarding campus life and
academics.
Through this engagement, we hope to help new students enter the semester
with confidence and reduced anxiety, while giving parents peace of mind as
their children become part of the Chang Gung Nursing community.
