"Occupation, Inclusion, Sustainability" USR Activity: Domestic Service Team, Offering Service Learning Hours – Students Welcome to Participate.

1.Objective:
This project, funded by the Ministry of Education under the USR Program, aims to enhance employment opportunities for individuals with chronic mental illnesses by optimizing sheltered employment and creating a supportive work environment. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, we foster workplace skills, promote social inclusion, and support sustainable development.
In May, scheduled activities will offer hands-on interaction with mental health rehabilitation trainees, providing opportunities to learn and practice job skills.
Transportation from the university to the venue, Lunch (Meals are provided only for those participating in the morning session or the full day) and insurance will be provided at no cost. Students interested in this topic are warmly welcome to participate and learn.

2.Event Details: Domestic Service Team
 Date: June 6 & June 7, 2025 (Students may choose one date and attend either a half-day or full-day session)
 Time: Morning session 9:00-11:30, Afternoon session 13:30-16:00, Full-day session: 09:00-16:00 (Students may attend one or both sessions)
 Location: Yang Feng Workshop (No. 1 Guiyang St., Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City)
 Content: Wall Maintenance and Practical Work, vocational rehabilitation, and job analysis for individuals with disabilities

 Participants: Open to all interested students and faculty (limited spots available; early registration is recommended)
Note:
1. Free shuttle transportation between the university and the venue will be provided.
2. Pick-up location: In front of the First Medical Building.
3. Meals are provided only for those participating in the morning session or the full day
4. Due to limited spots, please register only if you are certain you can attend. Cancellations may affect other participants' opportunities.

These activities qualify for service-learning hours. We encourage all interested students to sign up!
