【Electronic Resources】The 2026 Journal Citation Reports is now online.

Highlights of 2026 JCR:
  1. Covers 254 subject areas, with a total of 22,643 journals (including over 6,700 Gold Open Access journals).
  2. Includes academic journals from 113 countries and regions (comprising 15,023 natural science journals, 7,721 social science journals, and 3,460 arts and humanities journals).
  3. 521 journals have received the Journal Impact Factor (JIF) for the first time.
  4. The JCR database is expected to complete its final update and reload in the fourth quarter. Currently, the data is still subject to change. For more information, please refer to the JCR Help Center section.
