2. Application Procedure: Faculty members should submit their requests via the Flow Online Approval System, specifying the purpose of the loan and the requested loan period. 3. The policy amendment was approved during the Library Advisory Committee Meeting in the 2nd semester of the 2025–2026 academic year (114 Academic Year) and has been implemented following the President's approval. It shall take effect immediately.
