The university continues to subscribe to the Elsevier journal database. During the 2026 subscription period, university researchers are eligible for a 15% discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC) when submitting manuscripts to designated Elsevier Open Access (OA) journals. Details are as follows:

1. Qualifications:
• The corresponding author is officially affiliated with Chang Gung University (Including part-time researchers).
• Please select **Chang Gung Group Consortium** as the institution name.
• The article acceptance date is between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
