Chang Gung University researchers who submit fully open access articles to IEEE journals as corresponding authors, with the article acceptance date between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, shall enjoy a discount on the Article Processing Charge (APC), detailed information is as 2025 IEEE Fully OA List.
Qualifications: Corresponding author must be a faculty member or student of the university and should use one of the following university email addresses when submitting:
