2026.09.23 Seahorse Cell Metabolism Analyzer (Seahorse XF Pro) Training Courses
It is a live-cell energy metabolism analyzer that uses a 96-well plate format and label-free, solid-state sensing technology. Without physical contact with or damage to the cells, it detects changes in the concentrations of oxygen and hydrogen ions in the cellular microenvironment to measure the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) in real time and continuously. These measurements reflect dynamic changes in cellular energy metabolism, including mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis. Title: Seahorse Cell Metabolism Analyzer (Seahorse XF Pro) Training Courses Date: September 23, 2026 (Wednesday) 10:00 - 12:00 Speaker: Jack Chou, Level Biotechnology Inc. Location: Classroom M301, 3rd Floor, First Medical Building. Demonstration: High Throughput Analysis Room, 9th Floor, First Medical Building (R:0906) Registration Link: Seahorse Bioenergetics Analyzer Training Registration Form (Deadline: September 18, 2026) Contact Email: iris@mail.cgu.edu.tw All are welcome to sign up and participate!

Subject: All laboratories on campus are requested to implement regular maintenance of potentially hazardous power machinery to ensure the safety of the experimental site; if there is a need for parts replacement, please follow the repair request procedures of the respective management departments. I. Implement regular maintenance: All laboratory managers must, in accordance with the "Instruction Manual" for each piece of equipment, contact professional manufacturers to conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections (e.g., centrifuges, punching and shearing machines, and other potentially dangerous power machinery). II. Disaster Prevention: Through regular maintenance, potential equipment hazards can be detected early, effectively preventing laboratory property damage or major casualties caused by mechanical failures. III. Parts Replacement Procedure: If any damage, aging, or parts replacement is found during maintenance or inspection, please submit an application in accordance with the "Repair Request Procedure" of each management department.
