Subject: All laboratories on campus are requested to implement regular maintenance of potentially hazardous power machinery to ensure the safety of the experimental site; if there is a need for parts replacement, please follow the repair request procedures of the respective management departments.

I. Implement regular maintenance: All laboratory managers must, in accordance with the "Instruction Manual" for each piece of equipment, contact professional manufacturers to conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections (e.g., centrifuges, punching and shearing machines, and other potentially dangerous power machinery).

II. Disaster Prevention: Through regular maintenance, potential equipment hazards can be detected early, effectively preventing laboratory property damage or major casualties caused by mechanical failures.

III. Parts Replacement Procedure: If any damage, aging, or parts replacement is found during maintenance or inspection, please submit an application in accordance with the "Repair Request Procedure" of each management department.
