LCMS - Bruker Impact II

The Bruker impact II is an ultra-high-resolution quadrupole time-of-flight liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry system (LC–QTOF–MS/MS). Combined with appropriate sample preparation and liquid chromatographic separation, it enables highly sensitive, high-resolution, and high-mass-accuracy full-scan analysis of metabolites in complex biological samples. Using high-resolution quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry, the system can broadly detect both known and unknown small-molecule compounds in a single analytical run. Accurate mass measurements, isotopic distribution patterns, and tandem mass spectrometric fragmentation data can be used for molecular formula prediction, compound annotation, and structural identification. The system is therefore well suited for high-sensitivity, high-mass-accuracy untargeted metabolomics analysis of complex biological samples.

The Waters SYNAPT G1 is a high-resolution quadrupole time-of-flight liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry system (LC–QTOF–MS/MS). Combined with appropriate sample preparation and high-performance liquid chromatographic separation, it enables high-mass-accuracy untargeted metabolomics analysis of plasma, serum, urine, cells, tissues, and other complex biological samples. The system is suitable for highly sensitive and high-mass-accuracy untargeted metabolomics analysis of complex biological matrices.

The SCIEX 6500 is a highly sensitive triple quadrupole liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) system designed primarily for the selective detection and accurate quantification of known target compounds. Using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM), the system monitors specific precursor-to-product ion transitions, thereby improving analytical selectivity and minimizing matrix interference in complex biological samples.

The Waters Xevo TQ-S is a highly sensitive triple quadrupole liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) system primarily used for the highly selective and accurate quantification of known small-molecule compounds. By combining multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) with high-performance liquid chromatographic separation, the system enables reliable detection and concentration determination of target metabolites in complex biological matrices.
