At the 2025 Taiwan Innovative Technology Expo,a team of faculty and students from Chang Gung University participated with 12 technologies,covering 6 biotechnology and pharmaceutical technologies,3 chemical materials technologies,2 smart healthcare technologies,and 1 ICT technology,demonstrating their interdisciplinary R&D capabilities.They ultimately won 2 Special Enterprise Awards,2 Gold,1 Silver,and 1 Bronze awards,earning high praise from judges and industry professionals and showcasing the high potential for technology commercialization and industry integration.

In this competition, Associate Professor Yi-Ping Chao from the Department of Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence won a bronze medal for his project,"Object Recognition System Based on Incremental Learning and Cloud Services." The participating team's projects demonstrated technological maturity and market potential,with some technologies already in early-stage collaborations with industry,promoting the feasibility of technology commercialization and industrial implementation.
