Core Instrument Center
It is a live-cell energy metabolism analyzer that uses a 96-well plate format and label-free, solid-state sensing technology. Without physical contact with or damage to the cells, it detects changes in the concentrations of oxygen and hydrogen ions in the cellular microenvironment to measure the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) in real time and continuously. These measurements reflect dynamic changes in cellular energy metabolism, including mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis.

Usage Guidelines
  1. Instrument training is required prior to use.Users must first complete the instrument operation training course. For the first use after completing the training, a technical staff member must be present throughout the entire operation to confirm that all procedures are performed correctly. Users may make independent reservations only after successful completion of this supervised session.
  2. Please visit theReservation Systemto make an appointment. Each reservation must be for a minimum of 4 hours. The instrument is available 24 hours a day. For use outside regular working hours or on weekends and public holidays, users must contact the instrument manager in advance.

  4. For detailed usage regulations, please refer to the precautions and instructions provided for this instrument in the reservation system. After completing the experiment, users must fill out the instrument usage record form accurately and completely.
