The Incucyte® SX5 Live-Cell Analysis System is an integrated live-cell imaging platform designed for continuous, automated monitoring of cells directly inside a standard cell culture incubator (37°C, 5% CO₂). By combining brightfield and multi-channel fluorescence imaging, the system enables real-time visualization and quantitative analysis of cell growth, morphology, viability, migration, and protein expression over extended periods.
Unlike conventional endpoint assays, the Incucyte® SX5 provides kinetic, time-resolved data while maintaining stable cell culture conditions, allowing researchers to capture dynamic cellular processes with minimal disturbance.
