如未報名參加，將影響您進入實驗動物中心執行實驗的權利 (門禁權限將無法申請或被停止)！
※課後考試通過後會給予合格證明；如無法參加4/27和4/29課程者，可觀看課程講義後進行課後考試，通過後一樣給予合格證明，但限期必須於6/30前完成。
※如未如期完成此教育訓練，將不接受新的門禁申請或暫時關閉門禁權限；待完成此教育訓練後，才接受新的門禁申請或重新開啟門禁權限。

實驗動物照護及使用委員會 (IACUC)
In response to the2025 on-site inspection by the Ministry of Agricultureand the audit findings from the AAALAC site visit, the IACUC has established or revised a series of regulations related to animal experimentation. All personnel involved in animal research are required to comply with these regulations to ensure animal welfare and thereby enhance research quality.
To ensure that all personnel involved in animal experimentation are informed of and fully understand these regulations, and to promote proper implementation and compliance, the IACUC will hold two training sessions (including after-class test) as follows:
Date：4/27 (Monday) 10:10-12:00& 4/29 (Wednesday) 13:10-15:00
Content: Training on laboratory animal anesthesia, analgesia, humane endpoints, euthanasia, and key points for internal audits.

【Important】All personnel involved in animal experimentation are required to register and attend.
Failure to do so will affect your authorization to access the Laboratory Animal Center for conducting experiments (access privileges will not be granted or may be suspended).
※After passing the after-class test, a certificate of completion will be issued. If you are unable to attend the classes on April 27 and April 29, you may review the course materials and take the after-class test afterward. A certificate of completion will still be issued upon passing; however, the exam must be completed by June 30.
※If this training is not completed within the required timeframe, new access control applications will not be accepted, or existing access privileges will be temporarily suspended. New access applications or reinstatement of access privileges will only be processed after the training has been completed.
