National Chung Cheng University is hosting the “LinkUp: EMI Academic & Cultural Exploration Camp” summer camp. Students from our university are welcome to register and participate.

1. To enhance college and university students’ English communication skills, intercultural understanding, and international career readiness, the Language Center of National Chung Cheng University, in collaboration with the Fulbright Foundation in the United States, is organizing the “LinkUp: EMI Academic & Cultural Exploration Camp” summer program.

2. The camp will be conducted entirely in English by a professional Fulbright team. Through academic presentations, writing skills training, mock English interviews, and intercultural task-based activities, the program aims to help students develop EMI learning competencies and a global perspective.

3. Event information is as follows:
(1) Dates: June 22, 2026 (Monday) to June 23, 2026 (Tuesday).
(2) Venue: Language Center, National Chung Cheng University.
(3) Eligibility: Current students enrolled in colleges and universities across Taiwan.
(4) Enrollment quota: 60 students, divided into two classes.

4. Through free intercollegiate collaborative learning and immersive English interaction, this program will help students strengthen their English expression, self-directed learning, and international communication skills. Students from our university are encouraged to register and participate.

Undergraduate and master’s students may also use the certificate of completion from this program to register with the EMI Center for inclusion in our university’s EMI TA talent pool. In the Fall 2026 semester, students who also provide proof of English proficiency at CEFR B2 level will be eligible to serve as EMI TAs. Upper-division undergraduate students and master’s students who are interested in serving as EMI TAs on campus should not miss this training opportunity.
