The EMI Teaching Resource Center at NTUST is offering training courses for "EMI TA" and "EMI Tutors." Students are encouraged to actively register and participate.

2. Course Information:
(1) EMI TA Training Course: Participants who fully attend 6 hours (3 sessions) will receive a certificate of completion for the EMI Teaching Assistant Basic Training.
1. Course Dates: March 2, 2026 (Monday) – Chinese session; March 3, 2026 (Tuesday) – English session.
2. Course Times: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, 1:00 PM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–5:00 PM; each session is 2 hours, totaling 6 hours.

(2) EMI Tutor Training Course: Designed for student EMI learning tutors, this course offers fully English instruction on promotional materials, presentation skills, and event proposals, combined with three one-on-one consultation sessions. Participants who complete 6 hours of coursework and all three consultations will receive a certificate of completion for EMI Learning Tutor training.
1. Course Dates: March 9, 2026 (Monday), March 11, 2026 (Wednesday), March 13, 2026 (Friday), plus additional online one-on-one consultations by appointment.
2. Course Time: 1:30 PM–3:30 PM.

(3) All courses will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.

Undergraduate and graduate students who hold this certificate of completion plus an English proficiency test score at CEFR B2 level or above are qualified to serve as EMI TAs at the university. Students may submit an electronic copy of their certificate to the EMI Center to be included in the TA talent database.
