〖About the Center〗
CMCI brings together clinical medicine and basic immunology to develop antibodies, protein therapeutics and cell therapies, working with academic and industry partners in Taiwan and abroad. Our research has been published in international journals, and some findings have led to technology transfer and clinical trials. Colleagues are available for discussion, and we encourage participation in courses, seminars and instrument training. We welcome people who are enthusiastic about research and enjoy thinking through questions and solving problems.

〖Job Description〗
(1) Support cell biology and immunology research through cellular functional and phenotypic analyses, and functional validation of antibodies or protein therapeutics.
(2) Perform molecular cloning and immunological assays as needed for research, using techniques such as flow cytometry and ELISA.
(3) Assist with processing and storing research samples, and organize related records and data.
(4) Maintain experimental records, organize and analyze data, and take part in research progress discussions and troubleshooting.
(5) Help maintain the research environment, plan reagent and consumable needs in advance, and support other research activities.
〖Qualifications〗
(1) A bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, medical laboratory science, biochemistry, chemistry or a related field from a university in Taiwan or abroad.
(2) Experience in molecular cloning, immune cell research or cell function analysis is required.
(3) Experience in high-throughput or high-parameter studies, together with experimental planning, data integration and problem analysis, is preferred.
(4) Interest in research, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work; able to think proactively, communicate with colleagues, work as part of a team and follow up on progress.
(5) Basic English reading and office software skills, including the ability to read experimental instructions and scientific literature, and use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to organize data and prepare reports.
〖Salary & Benefits〗
Salary: Under Chang Gung University's research project pay scale, first-year starting salaries are NT$36,300 per month at bachelor's level and NT$41,500 per month at master's level. Relevant full-time work experience may be credited toward salary placement in accordance with university regulations.
Benefits: Labor and health insurance, bonuses for the three major festivals, and a year-end bonus equivalent to 1.5 months of salary. Bonus payments are subject to university regulations.
Transport and housing: A free shuttle connects Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (Taoyuan Chang Gung Bus Terminal), Taoyuan Airport MRT A7 Station and Chang Gung University. Staff may apply for on-campus housing.
Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site work in the laboratory at Chang Gung University. Remote work is not available.
Working hours: Flexible arrival between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m., with departure time adjusted accordingly. Daily attendance is 8.5 hours, including a 30-minute break. Clock-in and attendance procedures follow university regulations.
