The curriculum of this program provides an overview of major disciplines in the field of health care and biotech, with a particular emphasis on different approaches (theoretical, historical and empirical) to the study of healthcare in the workplace. Core courses in this program consist of three major areas: organization management, health policy, and research methodology. Case studies of successful experiences at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital or other domestic institutes with global operations are frequently used.
