114學年度特殊教學貢獻項目作業公告。Announcement: Special Teaching Contribution Project for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

一、旨揭作業係依本校「教師工作獎金核發辦法」、「獎勵教師改進教學研究著作要點」及114年11月5日「教師特殊教學貢獻提報及評核表」修正公告辦理。

二、114學年度「教師特殊教學貢獻提報及評核表」、提報作業日程表及注意事項、CGU Flow填單畫面、佐證資料寄送名單,詳如附件。

三、請申請教師、教師所屬單位課程委員會(或中心會議)及單位主管依作業時程辦理。

四、申請教師請於115年6月5日至6月22日期間登入「線上核簽系統」填寫評分,並上傳經主管核簽之「114學年度教師特殊教學貢獻提報及評核表」PDF完整檔案。各單位主管請於115年6月23日前完成複核作業。

五、為持續優化評核表各項指標,請教師所屬單位秘書於115年7月3日前填報 Excel 分項核定總表,並以電子郵件寄送至教學資源中心。

六、各教師當學年度之評分結果,以「線上核簽系統」最終複核結果為準。

1. This project is implemented in accordance with the university’s “Regulations for Issuing Teachers’ Work Bonuses” and the “Guidelines for Rewarding Teachers for Improvements in Teaching and Research.”

2. Relevant documents, including the “Special Teaching Contribution Reporting and Evaluation Form for the 2025–2026 Academic Year,” the reporting schedule, important notes, and screenshots of the CGU Flow system, are attached for reference.

3. Applicants, departmental curriculum committees (or center meetings), and unit supervisors are requested to complete the procedures according to the designated schedule.

4. Applicants must log into the “CGU Flow” between June 5 and June 22, 2026, to complete the scoring process and upload the “Special Teaching Contribution Reporting and Evaluation Form for the 2025–2026 Academic Year,” duly reviewed and approved by their supervisors. Unit supervisors are requested to complete the secondary review by June 23, 2026.

5. To continuously improve the evaluation indicators, departmental secretaries are requested to complete the Excel summary sheet and submit it via email to the Center for Instructional Resources by July 3, 2026.

6. The final scores for each teacher for the academic year shall be based on the final review results recorded in the “CGU Flow.”
