113學年度特殊教學貢獻項目作業公告 Special Teaching Contribution Project for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

一、旨揭作業係依本校「教師工作獎金核發辦法」及「獎勵教師改進教學研究著作要點」辦理。
二、113學年度「教師特殊教學貢獻提報及評核表」、提報作業日程表及注意事項、作業流程及 iCGU FLOW 系統畫面,詳如附件。
三、請申請教師、教師所屬單位課程委員會(或中心會議)及單位主管依作業時程辦理。
四、申請教師請於114年6月12日至26日登入「線上核簽系統」填寫評分,並上傳經主管核簽之「113學年度教師特殊教學貢獻提報及評核表」。各單位主管請於114年6月30日前完成複核作業。
五、為持續優化評核表各項次指標,請教師所屬單位秘書於114年7月4日前填報 Excel 分項核定總表,並email 至教學資源中心。
六、各教師當學年度之評分,以「線上核簽系統」最終複核結果為準。

1.This project is conducted in accordance with the university’s “Regulations for Issuing Teachers’ Work Bonuses” and “Guidelines for Rewarding Teachers for Improvements in Teaching and Research.”
2.Relevant documents including the “Special Teaching Contribution Reporting and Evaluation Form for the 2024-2025 Academic Year”, the reporting schedule, important notes, workflow, and screenshots of the iCGU FLOW system are provided in the attachments.
3.Applicants, departmental course committees (or center meetings), and unit supervisors are requested to carry out the procedures in accordance with the specified schedule.
4.Teachers applying for this project must log into the "iCGU FLOW" between June 12 and June 26, 2025, to input their scores and upload the “Special Teaching Contribution Reporting and Evaluation Form for the 2024-2025 Academic Year”, duly reviewed and signed by their supervisors. Unit supervisors must complete the secondary review by June 30, 2025.
5.The final score for each teacher for the academic year will be based on the results confirmed in the "iCGU FLOW".
