CGU Pre-med Enhancement Program

The 2026 program is a 4-week term and offers a diverse range of courses, including:

No, the courses in the pre-med summer program are offered specifically for the summer program students and are not shared with regular CGU students.

All students are required to attend and complete the scheduled courses, as they are specifically designed to meet the sequential requirements of medical school. There are also no other alternative activities to replace the classroom time; skipping a class simply results in a free period.

While a student may personally choose to skip lectures, this is considered an absence and will not result in any refund or compensation. Notices: If a student is absent for more than one-third (1/3) of the total course hours, no grade will be assigned, and the course cannot be counted for credit.

Yes, students have the option to either engage in laboratory research or use the scheduled lab time for personal activities. Research hour certification will only be provided to students who actively participate in lab research. The actual research hours are flexible and can be arranged with the supervisor.
