Recruitment Notice: Reserve Administrative Staff Member (Office of Physical Education)
The Office of Physical Education at Chang Gung University is seeking one qualified candidate for the position of Reserve Administrative Staff Member.
I. Job Responsibilities
1.Handle and coordinate administrative affairs of the Office of Physical Education, including but not limited to: Acting as the unit contact window, Data collection and reporting, Budget administration, Website maintenance, Asset management.
2.Manage and maintain sports facilities, equipment, and venue reservation/loan operations.
3.Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
II. Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday off)
III. Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: Starting from NT$43,440 (actual salary subject to university approval).
Estimated Annual Compensation: Approximately NT$650,000, including holiday bonuses and year-end bonus.
Successful candidates will initially be appointed as Contract Reserve Administrative Staff Members. Upon successfully completing a one-year training and evaluation period and meeting the required English proficiency standard (Note 1), candidates will be converted to a regular full-time administrative staff position. Failure to pass the evaluation or meet the English proficiency requirement will result in termination of the contract.
During the contract period, employees are entitled to:
Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance, Three major holiday bonuses, Year-end bonus.
After conversion to a regular staff position, employees will be entitled to:
Government Employee Insurance, National Health Insurance, Three major holiday bonuses, Year-end bonus.
IV. Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
V. Qualifications
1.Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office software, and web-based systems.
2.Strong communication and coordination skills, a positive and proactive work attitude, attention to detail, responsibility, and good responsiveness.
VI. Application Procedures for Internal Candidates
Eligible Applicants:
1.Current regular administrative staff members (or above) applying for internal transfer.
2.Current contract administrative personnel or research assistants who have served at Chang Gung University for at least one year. Selected candidates will first be appointed as Contract Reserve Administrative Staff Members. After successfully completing the one-year training and evaluation period and obtaining the required English proficiency certification (Note 1), they may be recommended for appointment as regular administrative staff members. Failure to pass the evaluation will result in termination of the contract.

VII. Application Procedures for External Candidates
Appointment Method:
1.Selected candidates will first be appointed as Contract Reserve Administrative Staff Members. IX. Selection Process
Applicants who meet the initial qualification requirements will be shortlisted and notified of the written examination and interview schedule.
