2. Please complete the online application according to the regulations of the NSTC on October 2, 2026 (Friday). Print the first page of the Pre-proposal and email it to peiheng@mail.cgu.edu.tw .
3. This project is divided into two stages: the " Pre-proposal " and the " Full-proposal". Each applicant should submit a " Pre-proposal". Those who pass the first stage of the Pre-proposal will be required to submit a Full-proposal for review according to the regulations.
