2. Scope of the Program: The program supports research with translational value, covering areas from disease pathogenesis to clinical applications. Proposals should emphasize the integration of basic and clinical research, with the goal of addressing human diseases and unmet clinical needs.
3. Application Period: July 1-31.
4. Applicants are encouraged to prepare early. 
5. Principal Investigators (PIs) applying for more than one project must complete and submit the Declaration of Commitment to Execute Only One Project (Appendix 2).
