1.Performance Report Submission:
(1) Applicants’ Eligibility: Teachers and researchers
who have been jointly appointed for more than six months.
(2) Required Documents:
a.Electronic copy of the Reporting Form (Excel file) (see Annex 2)
b.Hard copies of Reporting Form (must have all required signatures)
c.Hard copies of supporting documents (e.g., first page of the paper or patent)
2.Reappointment Application:
(1)Applicants’ Eligibility: Teachers and researchers whose joint appointment ends and intends to continue collaborators. (Key Review Criteria: https://www.cgu.edu.tw/research-en/Subject/Detail/69331?nodeId=14912)
(2)Appointment Renewal Period: As a general principle, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, December 31, 2027, or December 31, 2028.
(3)Required Documents:
a.Electronic copy of the application form (Excel file) (see Annex 3)
b.Hard copies of Joint Appointment Application Form & joint appointment project proposal and performance evaluation indicators (must have all required signatures)
c.Hard copies of supporting documents (e.g., approved project lists, papers, patents)
d.Hard copies of the personal CV of the teachers or researchers
3.New appointment applications are subject to continuous review.
