The School of Physical Therapy and Graduate Institute of Rehabilitation Science at Chang Gung University (CGU) invites applications from international candidates for one full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, with a start date in August 2026 or February 2027. The successful candidate will be appointed at the appropriate rank based on their qualifications. 1.   We are looking for one full-time faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level who meets the following qualifications: (1) A PhD degree in Physical Therapy (PT), Rehabilitation Science, or related areas. (2) Experiences in teaching PT courses in English at any higher education institution, and is willing to extend existing international collaborations and to engage in new global research and  academic partnerships. 2.   CGU offers an internationally competitive compensation package commensurate with your professional experiences. 3.   Application Deadline: May 31, 2026. Dr Chih-Hsiu Cheng is conducting the short-term research at the Mayo Clinic, Minnesota, United States. He recently visited several states to meet faculty and staff in the Department of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, and Athletic Training of the University of Nebraska, the Department of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science of the University of Iowa, and the Department of Kinesiology of the Iowa State University for international academic and research collaboration.
