Chang Gung University’s Office of Technology Cooperation is recruiting one contracted administrative assistant (temporary replacement) under the Higher Education Sprout Project.
I. Job Description:
1. Administration, monitoring, and content writing for the Higher Education Sprout Project, teaching excellence grants, and the university’s mid- to long-term development plans.
2. Updating project management regulations and handling reimbursement procedures.
3. Managing administrative affairs related to students’ off-campus internships.
4. Managing department seals and other administrative duties.
5. General administrative affairs of the Industry-Academia Cooperation Center and tasks assigned by supervisors.
II. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
2. Experience in university administration, industry-academia collaboration, or cooperative education is preferred.
3. Proficient in relevant computer software, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong administrative and document-writing skills; good communication skills; proactive and enthusiastic work attitude; detail-oriented, responsible, responsive, and able to work independently.
III. Salary and Contract Period:
1. Salary: Based on Chang Gung University’s “Regulations for the Management of Personnel Employed under Research Projects.”
● Master’s degree: NT$41,500 per month
● Bachelor’s degree: NT$36,300 per month
(Final salary subject to official approval and may be adjusted according to relevant work experience.)
Includes labor and health insurance, year-end bonus, and holiday bonuses.
2. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch break 12:30–1:00 p.m.), weekends off.
3. Contract period: Expected from June 1, 2026 to May 17, 2027. Contracts are on a one-year basis and may be renewed based on performance and project approval.
4. Benefits: Free shuttle bus between Chang Gung Hospital, A7 MRT Station, and campus; medical benefits at Chang Gung Hospital, etc.
