Chang Gung University Office of Technology Collaboration is seeking to hire one Contract-based Administrative Assistant.

I. Job Responsibilities
1.Assist with administrative tasks related to the implementation of the Biodesign Program at Chang Gung University.
2.Serve as a course teaching assistant and handle course-related administrative matters.
3.Assist in organizing workshops and related courses.
4.Assist with data collection and organization for project outcome reports.
5.Provide administrative support for the Incubation Center.
6.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
* Occasional weekend work may be required to support workshops (compensatory leave will be provided).

II. Qualifications
1.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (field of study不限). Applicants with backgrounds in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science, Management, or Design are preferred.
2.Computer Skills: Proficient in document processing and presentation software.
3.Other Requirements:Proactive and enthusiastic work attitude, Strong communication skills, Detail-oriented, responsible, and responsive, Ability to independently handle administrative duties, including official document preparation

III. Salary and Employment Terms
1.Salary will be determined in accordance with Chang Gung University’s Guidelines for Research Project Personnel Employment:Bachelor’s degree: NTD 36,300/month (first year), Master’s degree: NTD 41,500/month (first year), Labor and health insurance benefits are provided.
2.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; weekends off.
3.Employment Period: One-year contract, renewable annually based on the actual start date.
